I would like to thank you and Xtreme Heaters for the exceptional customer service I received on the XXX heater I recently purchased from a local boat store. I contacted you with what I thought was a simple question about the heater function. After asking me a few question you told me the heater was an older model (up to 3 years old), to return it, and you would immediately ship the new current model. Your response was totally unexpected but your honesty and quick customer service was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Xtreme Heaters to anyone simply based on customer service.
